What kind of world does a dream create when it no longer follows the rules of reality?

Dreams rarely unfold as complete stories. They move through shifts of color, touch, rhythm, and sudden transitions, where one image can become another and space can change without warning.

The series explores the affinity between dream and thread, approaching both as forms that build meaning through connection, movement, and transformation.

Within a dream, things that would remain separate in waking life can meet, merge, and continue as one. A thread behaves in a similar way: it crosses the surface, changes direction, disappears, returns, forms tension, release, density, and openness. Through weaving and textile processes, the works do not illustrate dreams directly, but follow their inner logic, a logic shaped by repetition, interruption, layering, and unexpected relationships. Thread becomes not a trace of the dream, but a way of thinking through it.

Forms gather, shift, loosen, and reappear, sometimes holding recognition, sometimes moving closer to abstraction. There is no need to search for a fixed narrative or a single explanation. What matters is the sensation of entering a space where different elements are allowed to coexist and transform.

The dream does not offer an answer. It creates a structure.
And thread allows that structure to become visible.
